Return Policy

1. Please complete our Return Form to receive your RMA Number. You can also email us at: brandon@deeclhree.com or Request Return by Login to MY ACCOUNT,  from MY RETURNS, click on REQUEST A RETURN OF A RECENT PURCHASE.

2. We'll provide you our Return Address once the Return Form received. (The Return Address is located in China) You can also check the status of your Return Request by Login to MY ACCOUNT.

*Please ONLY send the package back to the Return Address we've provided. We'll not be responsible for package returned to other addresses.

3. Print out your Return Form & include the Return Form inside the package. Please retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. 

*Please wrap the return merchandise with care as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for any damage or lost until we receive them at our warehouse. 

Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted or a percentage of compensation will deducted depends on the severity of the damage. 


PROCESSING TIME

. Original shipping charges are non-refundable

. Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 working days after we receive your return.

. Exchange will be processed within approximately 3 working days after we receive your return. 

 

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received with manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.


TAXES AND DUTIES

All import fees, taxes and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

Your package is shipped as DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". VAT, Taxes and/or duties are NOT included in the shipping fee or the product price. Taxes and/or duties are NOT within our control because they are levied by the law of the country your order is being shipped to.

deeclhree is NOT responsible for those taxes and/or duties. We cannot predict if you'll be charged and what your particular charges may be. If those charges occurred, you'll be contacted by the shipping company on behalf of customs. It's your responsibility for the charges to be paid in order for your package to be released from customs. 

*Gift invoice is available upon request, but we can NOT guarantee it'll avoid the possible taxes and/or duties. 

Please understand we can only issue partial refund for your order if the delivery is unsuccessful or refused by you due to the unpaid taxes and/or duties.
